All stock orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day, custom engraving will add 1-3 business days to dispatch.

All orders are sent via Australia Post from our Gold Coast based warehouse and typically take between 2-6 business days to arrive after they have been dispatched.

Express Shipping orders are sent via Australia Post Express and typically take between 1-3 business days to arrive after they have been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched you will received shipping confirmation and details to track your order.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If there's any delays with processing your order we will let you know ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and details to track your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sinclo.com.au. If your order is faulty or the incorrect item you ordered, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For change of mind purchases, you will have to pay for shipping back to us. Please let us know and we’ll send you the returns address. We do not accept returns on any custom orders or seconds sale orders unless faulty when received. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@sinclo.com.au. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We unfortunately cannot offer any returns or refunds on damage done to the bottles after use.

Exceptions / non-Returnable items

We unfortunately due to hygiene issues, cannot accept returns on used products. We also are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are also unable to accept returns for any customised engraved items unless damaged in transit. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

This is the best engraving I’ve seen on the market, I absolutely love that I can customise to my taste and of course the icing on top have my Cute pup on. I’ve already purchased another as soon as I received my bottle :)

The water bottle is the size I've been looking for, for ages. I love that you can choose the right lid for your needs and can mix and match colours. The bottle keeps my water cool all day and looks so cute with the additions of the engravings. Their customer service is also really good. When I queried about a breed of dog not on their engraving list, they had it added in two days! Oh and bonus points that they are local on the Gold Coast and I love the opportunity to support local businesses.

They sure are! They will keep your beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.
