The bottle will be a complete surprise to you until you receive it and we will not upload the video of the bottle being created until we know it has been delivered so it's not ruined!

Unfortunately not - this is a custom product so we can't accept returns. This is a game of chance so only play if you're happy enough to risk the outcome.

If you want to guarantee the outcome of your bottle then you'll have to order the bottle normally exactly as you would like it!

Sure! The only thing is depending on what the outcome is from the dice but any extra engravings could always be added to the back of the bottle. Any extras we'll just add off camera when filming ◡̈
