Our Black Friday Sale begins on 19th November 2024 at 6:00 PM AEST and ends on 2nd December 2024 at 11:59 PM AEST. All discounts and offers are only valid during this period. We CANNOT extend the discount outside of this period. We understand it can be disappointing when you purchase a product at full price, however, it is universally known that most businesses run Black Friday Sales. The advantages of buying pre-sale, is that you get your product dispatched before the sale starts and most importantly, you are more inclined to be guaranteed the colour / style you would like.

Discounts of up to 40% off are available sitewide. Specific discounts may vary depending on the product category. Please refer to individual product listings for exact discount details.

Gift cards & previously purchased items. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes, unless explicitly stated.

We have very limited stock available for certain popular styles & colours. Once these sell out we will try and open up preorder but can't guarantee these will arrive to you in time for Christmas.

Non customised items bought during the Black Friday Sale can be returned or exchanged within 14-days of receiving your order, providing the item is in the condition we sent to you. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Seconds sale items can NOT be returned or exchanged!

We ask that you email us a photograph of the item before returning to hello@sinclo.com.au – so we can ensure they are in resalable condition.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. As per our Returns Policy.

Damaged Packaging – if an item is returned with no packaging or damaged packaging. Or the bean bag cover has been removed from the packaging and not refolded, then we will not offer a refund … as this will be considered a used product.

Sinclo reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if the promotional discount was applied in error or if the order violates any of the terms and conditions.If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.Please ensure you put the correct address and add the correct items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your order. We cannot take any responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.

Please note express shipping is only the transit time with Australia Post this doesn't speed up time for us to engrave & pack orders.
