How does the custom engraving work? What is the turnaround time?

To customise your bottle, start by visiting the product page to choose the size, colour, lid style, lid colour, and name engraving.

Afterward, explore the engraving add-ons page here to include multiple engravings as desired.

For standard engravings, expect a quick turnaround within one business day.

However, custom pet portrait engravings may require up to three business days for proofing.

Please note that turnaround times may vary during peak sale periods.

Where are the bottles shipped from?

Everything is dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse. We dispatch daily to get your dream bottles out to you ASAP!

Are the bottles easy to clean?

Our bottles are all wide mouthed so they are super easy to get in and clean. We also have silicone bottle brush cleaning sets to make it even easier for you.

What is the coating on the bottles? Do they peel easily?

All of our bottles have a powder coating. This makes them a lot less susceptible to the paint peeling off and shouldn't have any paint flaking! The powder coating is more of a matte finish and can be slightly more textured feeling to a paint finish.

Can I get multiple engraving add-ons?

You sure can! We can essentially do as many that will fit on the bottle 😅 You'll just need to let us know the preferred positioning of them all!

Not sure i love my lid choice, I just find the straw to be a little harder to get water up than I'm used too but unsure whether it's user error or not! Will just try another lid type. But definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality bottle with a cool custom kick 😊

This is the second Babi waterbottle I have got for my daughter, I couldn’t resist. We had another cheaper option as her backup but I was finding myself never using it because living out in Central QLD, we need cold water and our Sinclo bottles keep it cool all day!
