Wanted a label that can't be removed, for daycare for my son. It has met all exceptions. We tested the bottle at home the day after we received it. My son did drop it once on the right angle and crack his lid. But customer service was amazing. Since the replacement lid arrived he has dropped it and no damage to the lid. Wondering if i got a faulty lid to start with. But the engraving is amazing and gets compliments from everyone. Easy to clean and son can use it easily.

Rather than just processing both orders, the customer service team picked up the error, placed one order on hold and emailed me to check that I had intended to order two of the exact same bottle/engraving... Absolutely went above and beyond!
